CHECK IN/OUT TIME?
Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 11am. Requests for early or late check-in are subject to availability, and additional fees may be incurred.
DO YOU OFFER CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN?
We provide self-check in. With our smart key pads, you can check in at your convenience, making the process hassle-free.
ARE THE APARTMENTS FULLY FURNISHED?
Yes, our rentals are fully furnished and come with everything you will need to feel right at home from cookware to laundry soap.
ARE UTILITIES OR AMENITIES
INCLUDED?
Yes! The monthly rent includes the cost of essential utilities, including water, gas, and electricity. We also include a wide range of amenities- pool, hot tub, yoga deck, flexible work space, pool table, club house, dog washing station and more!
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
We offer complimentary open parking within the garage or reserved paid parking, please contact us for more details.
DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?
Yes, with a $35/mo pet fee. No deposit. Breed restrictions may apply.
IS HOUSEKEEPING AVAILABLE?
Housekeeping services can be arranged based on your preferences and the duration of your stay, whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If you're interested in availing of this service, please reach out to us for further assistance.
HOW DO I RECEIVE PACKAGES?
At our Aurora Anschutz property you will use an app called Parcel Pending to retrieve packages from the locker system. At our DTC location, you will order and packages will be delivered straight to your door.
